Refunds

You can cancel VERA Pro at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next charge. The current period is not refunded automatically, because the model allowance is available as soon as the payment succeeds.

If you were charged in error, or you subscribed and could not activate Pro, email the address on your Paddle receipt within 14 days. Approved refunds disable the Pro key. Paddle, as merchant of record, processes the refund and any tax adjustment.
